Aaron E. Coleman
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Aaron E. Coleman has been our Chief Executive Officer and a director since March 2017 and our President since October 2016. Aaron has over 20 years of leadership experience across the retail, travel and software industries. He previously served as our Chief Operating Officer from September 2010 to March 2017 where he was responsible for executing the company's core aftermarket retail auto parts business. Prior to that time, Aaron served as our Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer from April 2008 until September 2010.
From July 2007 to April 2008, Aaron served as Senior Vice President of Blockbuster Online focused on the digital and by mail subscription business. Prior to that time, Aaron served as Vice President of Blockbuster Online from March 2005 until September 2007, where he was responsible for the technology, distribution and contact center organizations. From April 2003 to March 2005, Aaron was the Chief Technology Officer of Travelweb LLC, which is was founded by the large hotel brands and was acquired by Priceline.com Incorporated. Aaron's prior experience also comprises managing the customer facing infrastructure for American Airlines which includes AA.com, kiosks and their CRM as well as various product management, technology and marketing roles at Chipshot.com and Baan.
Aaron is married to Jenny Coleman and they have two wonderful daughters, Ashley and Kennedy. Aaron holds a B.A. Degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Watanabe has over 30 years of finance, accounting and operational experience and has served as the Chief Financial Officer for both public and private national retail companies. Prior to his March 2015 appointment as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Watanabe recently served as Chief Operating Officer for National Stores, a discount department store chain that operates more than 300 locations. Prior to joining National Stores, from 2006-2014, Mr. Watanabe was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Anna's Linens a national textiles and home goods store that operates more than 300 locations. Mr. Watanabe, a veteran financial executive has also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Shoe Pavilion, Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas, Sears Health and Nutrition, PetSmart, Mac Frugal Bargain Closeout, Kay Bee Toys, and Motherhood Maternity. Mr. Watanabe began his career with Montgomery Ward and Filenes Basement. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts and obtained certification as a Public Accountant in Illinois.
Senior Vice President of Global Procurement
Charles Fischer has been our Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing and Procurement since May 2008. Prior to that, from November 2004 to March 2008, Mr. Fischer served as Vice President, Supply Chain Management for Keystone Automotive Industries, a provider of automotive parts, and was responsible for all aspects of Keystone's supply chain, including purchasing, inventory management and inbound logistics. From November 2003 to November 2004, Mr. Fischer was Director, Business Development for Modern Engineering, where he was responsible for developing, selling and implementing logistics, packaging and engineering service projects to automotive industry clients. Mr. Fischer's experience also includes serving as Director, Automotive Consulting for Viewlocity Corporation and Vice President of Global Sourcing for Federal-Mogul Corporation.
Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
David Eisler has been our Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since June 2015. Prior to joining US Auto Parts, Mr. Eisler most recently served as the Vice President, General Counsel of ImaginAb, Inc., a venture-backed biotechnology company, and Reva Medical, Inc., a publicly traded medical device company. Prior to that time, Mr. Eisler was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel at The Active Network, Inc., the leading provider of Activity and Participant ManagementTM solutions, where he led the successful sale of the public company to a private equity firm for over $1 billion. Mr. Eisler also previously served as a corporate associate at the law firms of DLA Piper LLP and Dorsey & Whitney LLP from 2003 to 2011. Mr. Eisler holds a B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a J.D. from Boston University.
